Addora Beall has proudly served Glendale and its neighboring communities, such as Burbank, La Crescenta, La Canada Flintridge, Eagle Rock, and Atwater, since 1999 and continues to do so today as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Hallmark Realty in Glendale, CA.
Before becoming a broker, Addora was an interior designer. She offers her clients the benefit of her keen eye for design and her natural creativity. Addora is passionate about nurturing long-lasting friendships with her clients that extend beyond the transaction. It’s essential that each client feels their needs are met, and as if they are the only person she is helping.
Specializing in architecturally significant luxury homes, Addora offers her clients more than 27 years of experience, providing them an edge in a competitive marketplace. She is a character home specialist and an expert on the distinct architectural styles prevalent in Glendale and the surrounding neighborhoods, specifically Mid-Century Modern, Traditional and Spanish properties. She has a clear perspective on the local market and leads with integrity, honesty, and compassion.
Since becoming a licensed real estate professional, Addora has received several honors, including being named 2019 Realtor of the Year by the Glendale Association of Realtors and Woman Achiever 2017 by Business Life Magazine. Top Agent Magazine previously recognized Addora as one of the Top 50 Agents Working in Southern California and even featured her on the cover. She is ABR, GRI, GREEN, SRES, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and e-PRO certified and the former President of Glendale Association of Realtors .
Addora is married with three children. She enjoys working with several community organizations like the Glendale Educational Foundation, Glendale Historical Society, and the Glendale Arts Foundation.
