I joined Coldwell Banker Hallmark Realty with extensive experience in real estate, and a diverse business background. Previously working for Hall and Chambers Real Estate in Glendale, and as a freelance business consultant before that, I have the 'field' and financial experience needed to guide buyers and sellers through the respective processes successfully. Prior to working in the real estate industry, I worked for The Walt Disney Company, where I was very heavily involved in corporate operations and the management of the massive real estate portfolio the company holds. In this role I managed all lease administration processes for the foreign and domestic portfolio of industrial, retail, and office, buildings, consists of over 500+ properties, 14 million square feet of space, and over $220M in rental obligations annually! Additionally, I was responsible for the Successful consolidation of over 300 leased properties from the company's subsidiaries (ABC, Inc., ESPN and ABC Family) into an integrated lease administration department; and was heavily involved in developing and transitioning of the company's lease management system into an Integrated Workplace Management to respond to the company's growing real estate requirements. My success in the field has led me to becoming one of the more respected members in the real estate community, and the agent of choice in my area.
